AERA Session: Generative AI in STEM Teaching and Learning: Informing Transformative Uses Through Ethical Research and Development
In this CADRE-organized session, researchers and developers working on artificial intelligence (AI) in STEM Education will discuss the transformative uses of generative AI across STEM education research, teaching, and learning. We will begin with an overview followed by four presentations: (1) ethical approaches to AI in STEM education research, (2) AI for STEM teaching, (3) integrating research-based learning theory with AI, and (4) AI for STEM learning.
In this month’s Spotlight, we are excited to highlight CADRE briefs and Learning Series recordings focused on aspects of artificial intelligence (AI) in STEM education and feature seven projects that are leveraging AI to improve teaching, learning, and research.
