Guidelines for Updating Your Personal Registration Information Form

CADRE is a large network of researchers, developers, educators, (and more) from around the country. Keeping your profile information up-to-date insures not only that you receive important program, funding and meeting information from the CADRE team, but that other people in the field are able to contact you. Please take the following steps to make sure the information available on your profile is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

STEP 1 – UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION DURING REGISTRATION (REQUIRED)
Review and provide necessary updates to your personal information during registration. If you have made previous edits to your profile’s page on the website, the most recent version will be available to review and edit during the PI Meeting registration process.
 

***To submit your PI meeting registration, you must complete and save your personal registration information. If you save a personal registration form that is missing required information, its status will remain “incomplete”. The following fields are required:

  • First Name/Last Name: Review for accuracy.
  • Email:  Review for accuracy. Click on the lock button and select “Buddies" if you do not want the public to have access to your email. Website members and PI meeting registrants can still contact you through the site.
  • Phone Number: Review for accuracy. Click on the lock button and select “Buddies" if you do not want the public to have access to your phone number.
  • Address (Address, City, Country, State/Province, Postal Code): Review for accuracy. Click on the lock button and select “Buddies" if you do not want the public to have access to your phone address.
  • Professional Title: Add your job title here (Ex. Assistant Professor, Vice President)
  • Organization/Institution: Review for accuracy. For help on how to add or change the Organization, click here.

Important: After completing your registration, you may continue to make changes to your profile’s page on the website using the regular editing tools shown here. Note that the personal registration information you provide during registration is linked to your member profile on the site and will be included on your profile’s page on the website, which is accessible to meeting participants and the public. 

STEP 2 – UPDATE ADDITIONAL PERSONAL INFORMATION DURING REGISTRATION (ENCOURAGED)
We also to encourage you to update the following fields to better network on the site:

  • Professional Role and Professional Focus: Selecting your professional role and professional focus here will allow others on the website to find you through your area of expertise.
  • About me (bio): Tell others about yourself
