Working with high school geometry teachers using a professional development program that combines Lesson Study, Video Clubs, and discussions of animations to promote teacher noticing of students' prior knowledge; looking at the relationships between knowledge, beliefs, and noticing of students' mathematical thinking with elementary preservice teachers.
