Meeting Location and Time
LOCATION: Wickes room. EDC Waltham, 43 Foundry Avenue Waltham, MA 02453-8313. Please check in with the receptionist at EDC and she will direct you to the correct location.
DATE and TIME: November 28, 2012 from 8:30am-4pm

HOTEL: Hotel Indigo Boston-Newton Riverside 399 Grove Street, Newton, MA 02462 Telephone: 617-969-5300 http://www.newtonboutiquehotel.com/index.shtml. Rooms have been reserved. Please do not reserve a room directly with the hotel. If you have questions, please contact Leana at 617-618-2767.
SHUTTLE: A shuttle will be arranged the morning of the advisory board meeting to bring you from the hotel to EDC’s office. In the evening we will arrange for cabs to bring you to the hotel and/or airport.
Reimbursement Forms
EDC will reimburse you for travel-related meal and incidental expenses incurred on travel days at the government per diem rate of $53.25 each day (and no more than $12 for breakfast, $18 for lunch, or $36 for dinner). Breakfast and lunch on 11/28 will be provided at the meeting. For reimbursement, please submit your itemized receipts along with signed, original copies of reimbursement and W-9 forms before December 17, 2012. Send forms to Leana Nordstrom, Education Development Center Inc., 43 Foundry Avenue, Waltham, MA 02453.
