The PI meeting will start with special sessions on June 28, and a general session in the evening. On June 29, there will be a full day of sessions. The meeting will end by 2pm on June 30.

Getting To and From the Airport:

  • Hotel Shuttle to/from Reagan National Airport
    • Complimentary shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel is available to and from Reagan National Airport / Metro Station daily. The shuttle departs from the hotel front drive every 20-minutes from 4:20 am – 12:40 am seven days a week.
    • Track the Hyatt shuttle for pick-up by visiting the link https://www.trackmyshuttle.com/. Use HOTEL CODE: 2799
    • Terminal 1 pickup location is located outside the main doors. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup. Terminal 2 pickup locations are located outside of Doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup.

    • Public transportation options are available from all three regional airports. Use Google Maps to determine your best route from Washington Dulles International Airport (Metro) and the Baltimore Washington International Airport (MARC/Amtrak train to Metro) to the meeting location.
    • The closest Metro station to the meeting location is on the YELLOW/BLUE LINE: Crystal City Metro Station (15-20 min walk to hotel). This station is one stop from Reagan National Airport. (BLUE LINE toward LARGO or YELLOW LINE toward FORT TOTTEN or GREENBELT.
      • Walking directions from the Crystal City Metro Station to the hotel: Head east on 18th St then turn right onto Crystal Dr. Follow Crystal Dr for .7 mile and turn right onto 27th St. Destination will be on your right.
    • From Washington Dulles International Airport, the Metro takes 60-90 minutes and costs $3-6. follow signs to Metro station (SILVER LINE) and board train heading toward LARGO. Connect to the BLUE LINE at ROSSLYN Metro Station and board train heading towards HUNTINGTON to arrive at CRYSTAL CITY Metro Station.
    • From Baltimore-Washington International Airport, the total trip is 70-90 minutes (MARC train and Metro) and costs ~$10. Follow signs for the shuttle to the MARC/Amtrak station. MARC trains (PENN LINE) operate from approximately 4am-9pm (see schedule information). Arrive at UNION STATION and follow signs to the Metro station (RED LINE). Board train toward SHADY GROVE. Connect to the BLUE LINE at METRO CENTER Metro Station and board train toward FRANCONIA-SPRINGFIELD to arrive at CRYSTAL CITY Metro Station.
