Working on several projects that support the retention and advancement of underrepresented students in STEM within the dean's office at the University of Arizona College of Education; working with middle school and high school teachers to incorporate sustainability topics into science teaching; developing grant proposals that will support environmental justice education and the role and potential roles of schools and schooling related to social and environmental justice; teaching high school science courses.
