At the 2009 ITEST Summit, Chris Dede of the Harvard Graduate School of Education presented on “The Five Dimensions of Attaining Scale: Implications for ITEST Projects.”
The ITEST scale-up small group has been working with Chris - who is now an ITEST PI - over the past months to situate their work within this model and to identify and discuss key issues relevant to scale-up project PIs, partners, evaluators, and other key contributors.
On this webinar, Chris will provide a brief overview of his scale-up model {http://www.microsoft.com/education/demos/scale/index.html}, then the 3 currently-funded ITEST scale-up project PIs will share some specifics about their work/status in relation to the 5 dimensions of the model.
